Return & Refund Policy

At ThreadedShield Supply Co., every item is custom-printed to order just for you. Because we do not hold pre-printed inventory, all sales are generally final once produced. However, we stand 100% behind the quality of our gear and will make it right if something isn't perfect.

1. Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a misprinted design, we will send you a free replacement right away.

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • Email us within 14 days of delivery at CustomerCare@threadedshieldsupply.com.

  • Include your Order Number and a clear photo showing the issue/defect on the item.

  • Once verified, we will process a replacement at zero additional cost to you.

2. Sizing Issues & Size Exchanges

We want your gear to fit comfortably. To help prevent sizing issues, every product page includes a detailed sizing chart—we strongly encourage checking measurements before placing your order.

  • Size Replacement Discount: Because items are custom-made upon order and cannot be restocked, we cannot accept physical returns for incorrect size selection.

  • However, if you ordered the wrong size, contact us at CustomerCare@threadedshieldsupply.com. We will issue you a steeply discounted re-order code so you can get the correct fit without paying full price.

3. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders immediately enter our automated printing system upon placement.

  • If you need to cancel or modify an address/size, email CustomerCare@threadedshieldsupply.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an item enters production, we are unable to halt printing or cancel the transaction.

4. Wrong Shipping Address / Undeliverable Packages

  • ThreadedShield Supply Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address or marked undeliverable by the carrier due to missing details (e.g., missing apartment numbers).

  • If a package is returned to our fulfillment center, you will be responsible for reshipment costs to route it to the correct address.
