What to expect after you place an order
ThreadedShield Supply Co. offers a mix of original apparel and carefully curated gear from trusted brand partners. Because products may be fulfilled from different facilities, processing times, shipping methods, and return eligibility can vary by item.
Fulfillment & Shipping
Orders are processed as quickly as possible once placed. Depending on the product, fulfillment may begin shortly after checkout.
Shipping timing: Estimated processing and delivery times may vary by product and fulfillment partner. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it becomes available.
Multiple shipments: If your order includes products fulfilled by different partners, items may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
Order Changes & Address Updates
If you need to update a shipping address, change an item, or request another order adjustment, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Because some orders begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once fulfillment is underway.

Returns & Exchanges
Return and exchange eligibility may vary by product.
Some ThreadedShield apparel and made-to-order items may not be eligible for general returns or exchanges due to size selection, preference, or buyer’s remorse. We strongly recommend reviewing the sizing information and product details provided before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the products sold through ThreadedShield Supply Co.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly and include:
- Your Order Number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we’ll work with the appropriate fulfillment partner to arrange the available remedy, which may include replacement, refund, or another resolution depending on the product.
